- MORNI membership is valid for the subscription period specified in the selected plan.
- After purchasing the membership, it will be automatically activated within 24 hours. Services cannot be utilized before the activation process is completed.
- Services cannot be provided unless all required information is completed. The subscriber must enter their details after payment to help expedite the service process.
- The subscriber is entitled to benefit from roadside assistance services according to the number of services and coverage scope specified in the subscribed plan.
- The towing service includes the use of a standard tow truck in case of mechanical or electrical breakdown, to one destination only, under the following conditions:
- Within the city: to a destination specified by the subscriber.
- Between cities: to the nearest city from the breakdown location, with a maximum distance of 70 km.
- MORNI services are limited to the following vehicle types: sedan, sports cars, 4x4, and SUVs. Commercial vehicles and trucks are not covered.
- MORNI services are not provided in cases of natural disasters, traffic accidents, or when the vehicle is submerged in water or sand.
- Membership services are provided free of charge and are limited to the services included under the membership. Any materials, purchases, or additional charges requested by the member shall not be covered and shall be borne solely by the member.
